It should, any contact is not supposed to be permitted. I used to work for a court, those things should be included in your restraining order. It's all part of contacting the person, those emails/messages can be saved and used against them, they could be charged with failure to comply with a court order.

yes it does as long as you can proove that the person that is sending the emails or myspace messages is the one you speak of.
The cops can do this for you. Here is the thing, you can only get restraining orders on people that you have dated and married to no one else.
And family members i believe but last i checked they couldnt.
take care

You know I am not sure...but when you go through the process be sure to ask and have that added as a stipulation. It would be really hard for law enforcement to police contacts like that simply because it is hard to prove...If all else fails maybe you can change your myspace or e-mail accounts....I know you might not want to but I am sure it would be better in the long run...just to avoid the unwanted contact.
Good Luck!!!

totally it DOES.....................it will / would also state that members of family can also not write call, text or in ANY OTHER way get in contact with you for or on their behalf................

IF you have a restraining order and you think this person is contacting you via email or my space then contact the police NOT the 911 number and show them the info you have, IF you are able to print it out all the better and they will take the required action.

Restraining orders or orders of protection can be as specific as you would like them to be. Said specifications are worked out in court and decided by a Judge.
