Diet?

You cleanse your system for 3 days. You drink 11-13-11 cups of water on corresponding days, eat only fruits and veggies, and basically prepare your system for a diet.

That's what they put me through at least.

You are cleaning all the feces out of your body. Start by colon cleansing because you can't get rid of impurities if they have nowhere to go. Eat veg/fruit diet for 3 days.....juice and water and herbal tea only for the next 3 days....then fruit/veg diet for 3 more days. As you start to eat regular food again you will notice that it taste richer. You should become more aware for your diet and the food you put in you body....=0)

There are many different types of cleanses. To cleanse something just means that you are CLEANING it! You can cleanse your windows. You can cleanse your colon(by irrigation). You can cleanse your vagina(by douching). Etc, etc, etc..you get the idea.

Usually a set of pills you take- depending between 2-15 days. It rids the body of excess fecal matter, and toxins.
