Really this is something for your Dr. who prescribed all those meds. But I would probably say it's from the meds. Some meds when taken with others can react with eachother and cause an upset tummy and nausea. I really would contact your Dr. though, or even a pharmacy. Most pharmacists will discuss with you what meds your taking and any reactions that might occur or why you're feeling so crummy. It also could just be the start of the flu.

There is no replacement for medical advice, and this opinion is just that, an opinion and not a qualified response.

Hmmm....well, you must have had heartburn for the zantac, eh? Otherwise...if no heartburn that in itself may have caused you a bit of an upset stomach. The good news would be you do not have pains or fever...therefore, my best "mom" guess is that you ate something that disagreed (or food poisoning) with you and you should be better within 24-48 hours. Of course...if worried, go to the docs :)...Or it could just be simple nerves....and sometimes folks get stomach problems prior to a migraine headache....and/or an upset stomach could be from lactose intolerance. I think you'll be fine. But do go to doc, just in case and especially if you get pains and/or fever.
