I just need to add a little more weight, cause I'm a little too skinny right now - even though I eat 2-3 meals a day.

Well, exercise! Muscle weighs more than fat, and if you are underweight it probably means that you don't overeat. If you exercise a lot you get hungrier too, so you will eat more. Gain weight the healthy way by building up your muscles!

Protein shakes. Lots of food with a good nutrient value is fine, lots of lean meat and low fat dairy and whole grains will help you pack on weight. Try 3 meals a day with a snack in between each meal. Light exercise will help your body turn the protein to muscle too.

From what I observe, my guy friends drink tons of protein shakes (they sell them at GNC) and milkshakes when they want to bulk up. They also eat protein bars.
