I've been in contact with a guy for 1 1/2 month and I've only gone out with him for 3 dates now... The 3rd date we ended up making out and holding hands like real couples. Now, I just found out that he posted in his web journal saying I'm just a friend. I'm totally confused. Does that mean he doesn't see me as a potential girlfriend? He says that he enjoys spending time with me and wants to see me again. Would it be okay for me to casually ask him point blank what his intentions are? I don't want to get my hopes up and waste my time with this guy.

It's only been a month and a half. Maybe he's the rare type of guy that wants to take things slow. Nothing wrong with that. But if you want to know exactley where you stand right now, or where this is maybe headed, by all means...ask.
