Mine make me feel beautiful, and they are a reminder of the things I have done to myself in the past, and how I'm trying to cover up the scars and move on.

I have 50+ tattoos and they are not addicting!!! Addicting is simular to addiction and I can function without getting one, as compared to alcohol/drugs is addicting, cause some people can't function without them. I feel the big thing about getting more tattoos is that once a person gets one they see that it isn't that bad after all and they continue to get more, and in turn they claim that tattoos are addicting, but in reality they are not. I hear many people saying that their going to get another one before the first one got healed.

Yep. But once I get a tattoo, I take lots of time thinking about what the next one should be and where it should go. I don't pick out flash work and get a new one every month, that's just silly.

I say yes. I got my first one and said I was only getting one. A year later I got my second and within 6 months got 4 more. After each one I kept saying no more. I got my last 2 at the same time and I gave up on saying I wasn't getting anymore. I'm now wanting my next one and hopefully will soon. All of mine are special to me and have a meaning.

I would have to say Yes! After I got my first one in June, all I have been thinking about is getting my next one...for that one I have to wait until after my wedding in June 07. Yes, tattoos are addictive!

Very much so, but not in the same way as crack or something. I plan mine out and don't have to have a "tattoo fix" every week or something, but I am definately addicted to the inking process and artwork.

Yes. I got my first one right before Halloween, getting another tonight, and have ideas for another 3 or so more :) All are custom, so I will have some fairly unique tattoos

I really think they are! Once I got my first one, I was all excited and couldn't wait to get another one. Almost a year after that, I ended up getting another. Now, I want more but just waiting to figure out exactly what I want.

i'm addicted to tattoos. i love everything about them. their beauty and art. the pain you go thru when you get it. the process of chosing the perfect one. the excitement of the first time you see your completed tattoo. showing your friends how beautiful it turned out. definitely addictive.
