because pain is some kinda psychological, we have different pain threshold, even if we are completely well but your brain told you that something is painful, we cant do anything about it, its more of a psychological thing for me.

Your question is a bit too vague for me to really answer, but I think I can help.

'we can heal them but not for so long' Well, people will get hurt again, a new virus will come along, they may relapse. That's just the way things go.

'we can use any painrelver but we are not satisfied' Well, firstly, blocking pain means you have to muck around with nerves, and you don't want to do too much of that. Some pain is so intense that the amount of medication required to completely cancel it out would be damaging. Some pain relievers, like morphine, are also addictive and those can be quite dangerous.

Pain is a tricky thing. I've learned that if a part of your body gets damaged enough that the nerve endings there can get confused and send you real, intense, pain signals even when no damage to the tissue is being done. There's nothing to cure or fix when no tissue damage is actually happening.

And then theres the whole pain being very subjective thing on top of that. The same tissue damage can cause one person horrible pain, and just be a little annoying to another person.
