This is going to sound silly, but I guarantee it will work: TELL YOUR DAD! Being a dad myself, it would take me about 13 seconds to show up at this kid's door and have a very serious talk with his parents. Give parents a little bit of credit. We know how to take care of problems and we can be very assertive when our children are threatened.
More than likely, this boy is attracted to you and he doesn't know how to show it in a positive way. Kicking him or screaming at him might serve as a temporary solution. But it may also cost you your dignity. Be better than he is and leave it among the parents to resolve.

well if i was you i would tell him straight to his fave that if he does not stop that you would tell the school people, or the police on him if he does not stop then tell on him. No girl should be treated like that and i am sorry that a guy like that would give all of us good guysa bad name to be born a male
