Live them well. Say all I needed to say to all of my friends and family. Get my personal papers (will, insurance, etc.) together. Take a lot of pictures of me with friends and family. Pictures are so valuable to the living. I would pick out what I want to be cremated in and write my own eulogy. I would record my voice singing and laughing and telling jokes or stories so the living could hear me after I am dead. Buddhists believe that you are reborn in the life condition you leave in. Life condition is your mental and spiritual state. So, I would chant (pray) and expiate all negative energy from my mind and heart and be at peace with my death. I would make sure that the people who are important to me know that they are loved. I think that's it.

Grab the kids and my spouse and take a road trip through the beautiful state I live in.
Then head home, curl up in bed with my beloved and await the end.

if i only had a few days to live, i'll tell everyone how much they ACTUALLY mean to me, try to do everything i wanted to do, and then enjoy the rest of my life the best i can =)

Buy many insurance policies and make a loan against the old ones to pay off any credit cards and pay off all my bills so that my family would not be left with them.

I wouldn't do that much differently. I probably wouldn't go to work, I mean I only do that so that I have money to do other things at a later time.
