Sounds like you have an allergy or food sensitivity to me!
I'm lactose intolerant and have that problem whenever I have a lot of dairy. (Milk mostly) Try laying off the latte's and switch to lactose free milk and see if that helps. If not, it may be a wheat sensitivity. So, then try laying off the bread and crackers and see if that helps.
In the meantime, get some Beano to take before you eat, that may stop the embarrassment.

IS there something that you maybe ate to be causing all of this gas? But on a serious note why would you be embarrassed passing gas and burping are natural things and it cannot be helped at times. If they embarrass you that much try taking some pepto bismol this helps with gas and bloating. This should relieve some some of the pain as well. If there is any pain. But do not be embarrassed it is a natural thing.

that is healty.. :) I think that it doesnt matter him if he really loves you..

It is normal to pass gas up to 20 times a day. If a diet history reveals the consumption of large amounts of milk or dairy products (lactose), sorbitol or fructose, then the maldigestion and malabsorption of these sugars may be the cause of the distention.

The treatment of excessive intestinal gas depends on the cause. If there is maldigestion of specific sugars-lactose, sorbitol, or fructose--the offending sugars can be eliminated from the diet.

Some people find that yogurt, in which the lactose has been broken down partially by bacteria, produces less gas than milk.

Hope this helps

Eat slowly,Stop drinking with a straw and try to cut back on fizzy drinks.

I know it sounds kind of simple, but I noticed when I did the same, I wasn't belching as much.

farts are funny, best to laugh.Personally I think sex is quite funny too, laughing is a good finish. Burps are usually voluntary and can be suppressed, unless you have reflux oesophagitis.

You should just laugh it off then it doesnt become embarrasing. My missus is an absolute babe but if she farts then we just laugh. If your BF loves you and you are 100% comfortable with each other then it shouldn't be embarrasing - Just funny because afterall farts are funny :-)
