It seems to me that there are so many online elementary, middle, and high schools as well as Universities, that it seems like they're starting to take over. What do you think? Will all schools be online one day?

Not all, but at least the online option will be there.

Absolutely! And yes, I believe online education will eventually replace the classroom and teachers as we know them today. Schools may even be called by another name. I.E.: Public Learning Centers, Online Education Centers, etc.

There may be only one or two "master" teachers who will be assisted by several proctors for large size classes (100+).

Students will not only be required to attend online sites but work from home will be required as well. School districts will provide "take home computers" for all registered students. Online service fees will be the responsibility of the parents but district financial assistance will be available based on need (not unlike the current school meal program for needy children).

This will take some time to happen because the teachers unions will fight this "outsourcing" of their jobs 'til the very end.

If you mean that the schools will have websites and will do many things online in their classes, yes. In fact, most already are.

If you mean that people will take all their classes online, without actually going to school, I doubt it.
