Go to www.2baksa.net and search for DVDFab Platinum.
This site has a lot of cracked and repacked software. I've never had trouble with viruses on this site but it is still a good idea to scan it before you install it.
DVDFab lets you compress a movie onto one disc or split it between 2 discs. I always use 1 Click DVD Copy 5 though and burn to one disc.

You have two options:
1) Burn it on a dual layer DVD. Not recommended because many DVD players don't readl DL DVD's.
2) Use DVDShrink to compress the movie to fit a standard 4.7GB DVD.
