I saw somewhere that every average person has like 12 pounds of crap backed up in their colon. Is this true? How can I get rid of it without buying their 99 dollar bottle of vitamins and tea bags.

That is true. The average person carries 9-12 lbs of fecal matter in their colon. You can find a colon cleanse at a health food store for about $40. I tried a couple. I use Isagenix now and it works better but it also cost more. I guess you get what you pay for. I've also heard of tea(s) that claim to detox you colon but I don't know how effective they are.
