how do u know the 60 minutes are up after the workout to eat because i keep hearing eat within thows 60 minutes but what happens if you eat after thows 60 minutes just curious and how do you know when thows 60 minutes begin?

It is mostly a rule of thumb.

Personally I take 2 shaker cups with me to the gym. The first contains 1 scoop of creatine mix and 1 scoop of whey protein isolate. I add water to that right after my last set and drink it down as fast as I can. Then I take my shower and get dressed. Afterwards I add water to the 2nd shaker which contains 1 scoop of whey protein and slowly sip it down as I drive home. Then when I get home I eat a small solid food meal - some meat, some veggies, some complex carbohydrates.
