Ah, I more than twice as old as you are, and I absolutely love growing older. I don't love that my eye sight and hearing aren't as good. And I don't love the pain in my feet, my thinning hair and spreading waist line. But I love growing older, because the alternative is not something I am ready to explore. Each day I wake up and thank God I have a chance to live and learn a little more.

You're going to grow old and kick the bucket one day just like the rest of us. Exercise might help as I have seen people in their 70s with the energy of a 30 or 40 year old.

Hello there 20 year old.
Do you smoke? Guzzle beer or booze? Expose your body to the sun to get that glorious tan? Eat lots of junk food? Don't do exercise regularly? If you say no to these questions you are going to have a nice long and healthy life. If you say yes to any one or all, you had better change that habit. There are lots of books, articles, advice how to grow old. You have to do something for it and you might have to give something up as well. You are only twenty? I wish you a nice long life. See you when we are both 95. WOW!

Die young will prevent growing older. Keep yourself healthy, reasonably fit and happy will help you look and feel young for longer but probably not forever.

You're still a baby. Don't sweat it. Apparently Dick Clark found the cure. He hasn't aged in 70 years or so. You wouldn't remember him. American Bandstand was way before your time.

From the moment you are born you are aging, take care of your skin (stay out of the sun), eat right, do not drink heavily , stay hydrated, try to live stressfree.
