My baby is 3 years old.

She began speaking in almost full sentences by the time she was 10 months old, in fact, the doctor commented on her verbal skills at her year check up. She was surprised at how well she spoke because she was born almost a month early.

She also climbed and walked early as well.

As a four year old, she memorizes things very easily. She writes her name, as well as three letter words, such as "Mom" and "Dad". She can also write the names and then draw a corresponding picture with it. She can write all the letters of the alphabet, with limited help.

She exhibits problem solving skills, and is starting to determine right from wrong. She is very active and plays well with others, but stills enjoys independent play.

Hope that helps!

My grandson is two-and-a-half now. He began walking just after age one. He is able to separate by color and identify several of them. He is an only child that is not around other children much and has some trouble getting along with others as a result. His motor skills are excellent. He has become rather good at problem-solving. He has shown the ability to open doors and climb on things by moving other things over to climb up with. His verbal skills are better than many 5-year olds that we know. I hope that this helps with your project. I notice that a number of people have NOT told age & gender which you specified in the question. Have a great holiday season!
