You can do the usual 15% & whatever you feel that person deserves. Good luck

If you are talking the waiter/waitress then I think the usual 15% is fine. The holiday season is a special time for the people you love and care for the most - give to them! If you start giving more to the "usual" serving people you tip to where are you going to stop - a gift to the teller at the bank or money for the guy that pumps your gas?
