My cat came up to me and starting to walk in circles in front of me. Her eyes were super big and dialated. This was about 1 minute before she popped. It's quite an experience if it's your first litter. My roommates cat was a little more discrete. She hung out in his closet, for a couple of days, and did her thing pretty quietly when no one was home. Their instincts kick in pretty quick, as far as severing the cords and um, devouring the placenta. If you're there when it happens, a warm moist towel to help clean things up with is good to have handy. Unless she wants to be alone that is... You know how cats are.

She'll stop eating about a day before she gives birth, and she'll get restless and wander all around the house, most likely looking for a suitable place where she can have the little darlins. you also might notice that she will have lost a mucus plug, which is not an indefinant sign that labor is soon to come, but it lets you know that it will.
my cats labor she would like stretchs out constently, and it look like it was a strenuous stretch. but that could have just been my kitty.

at the same time as my cat had her kittens she began out that day strolling round like she replaced into pacing attempting to cover and then she went in the back of the chair and had some toddlers. I somewhat have study their temp both drops or will boost good before beginning yet you need to take the temp rectaly. good luck. Make her comfortable in a container with towels and in case you spot she has the kittens watch interior of sight in case she needs help.

The stray cat that adopted us decided to get herself pregnant and want to have her litter with us. We knew nothing of her bred or due date to count, but we could see her belly really drop and her teats fill with milk. It wasn't actually until she came into my room, jumped on the bed, looked at me and gave out that rippling yowl that must have been a contraction.
Sure enough, I ran and got a box prepared and she immediately jumped in and proceeded to have a single kitten.
