Oh yes. My fiancee left me 3 weeks before our wedding. I wound up in a psych ward, was suicidal, hopeless, and cried nonstop for 3 days. I couldn't eat or sleep for about 5 days, and thought of him nonstop. In about 2 weeks, I was feeling better. He even started dating agan, and that set me back, but didn't kill me. As the time went on, things got better and better. After about 6 weeks, I was even interested in another man, though my ex still crept into my mind when I was vulnerable. Time is the best healer, along with prayer. Also, I recommend having NO contact with him..that just drags out the pain. And surrounding yourself with friends and family is definitely something you should do right now. Best of luck to you, honey.

I've never had a "good" breakup...some were just less painful and upsetting than others.

And yea, it audits (it doesn't suck, sucking is a good thing) but we get over it. Try to distract yourself with friends or work or school or hobbies or anything to keep you from dwelling on the issue...

Soon, you'll be back on track and living Life again, without the blues...hang in there!

This is the strangest situation I've ever heard of, but your getting played man...YOU gotta get creative in these types of situations so HERE'S WHAT YOU DO: Find out her Facebook password (or if you already know it=even better) go onto her Facebook account and send a message or wall-post from her to you saying that she is breaking up with you and she never wants to see you again. Make sure it's like a public message so everyone can see it. Also, change her 'status' from in a relationship to single depending on what her FB-status says now. Then when dick-wad-ex-******-but-still-current-***... wants to beat yo azz, say "It wasn't me, she broke up with me! You can have the slut!" GOT IT? DO THAT ****!

Yes girl... I had a bad break wit' my ex... I left him.... but it was so hard for me... so I turn to God... he's my reason of living.... seriously.... I asked God for strength all the time... even tho' it was hard, but I put my Trust in him and my Faith as well, and he gave me my miracle... which was my answer.... now, I'm happy... because if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be here... I've learned something so deep from someone that I truely love right now... never make anyone your corner stone "BUT" your Heavenly Father.... always put God first in your life... because thru' Christ anything can happen... sweety... everything happens for a reason.... we all go thru' bad break ups... but at the end, we find happiness.... :o)... Ask God and you shall receive.... anything is possible... nothing is impossible... put your trust in God... and he will help you get thru' what ever your going thru'... remember... God here's your cries... he never left you....

All break ups are bad. Love is the most extreme emotion we have. It's the best feeling in the world when it's going good. But it hurts like hell when it goes wrong.

yea i experienced that.. it does suck because now you know that you dont have him anymore, but you know if it wasnt working out then maybe it wasnt meant to be, theres other people out there, and they come and go, until you find the right one, and obviously it wasnt him. Your always going to have feelings for him, but you know try not to be too down on your self it was for your benefit

It's a terrible, terrible feeling! Just know that in time your pain will ease... but the love you had for him will be remembered fondly (love does last forever).

It always sucks, get used to it.. unless you meet someone and stay with them for the rest of your life, its bound to happen again.

And by divorce rates... it most likely will.

sorry! :(
