who says that Satan owns Hell or have control over it?
satan tries to lead people to that place so that he(satan) can show to god that humans are less than angles(according to my knowledge about religions).

I have read several different volumes of the Bible and this question has come up in my theological discussions all over the world. There are those that believe God and Lucifer are in an extreme war for souls. Then there is a school of thought that says God and Lucifer are not fighting but have agreed to disagree and leave it to man to find his fate.
I have read the book of Nod and it states that Lucifer and God hate each other.
I find it intriguing, still I believe that the two do not get along and the only bridge between the two are the souls of man. I also think that in the end it's Man and his actions that sort souls, some to heaven and some to hell.
Most beliefs have a hell, there are very few that don't. Being an Atheist you have no worries of going there. The world of Christianity cant touch those that don't believe. Nor can Islam or any other belief.
Unlike the practices of the church our "sect" does not press it's value system on people because we celebrate the diversity of man and the inner faith of man. We don't have a hell nor do we believe that a hell truly exists. In fact we believe that we live in hell here on earth and that this is the step in existence where we truly define ourselves.
All of that aside... I believe it is Man and Man's free will that puts him in heaven or hell and the higher powers let free will reign.

God's not partnering with Satan. Read the book of Revelation. God's going to punish Satan in hell, too.

God isn't partnering with Satan to punish sinners in hell. Also, God doesn't punish sinners. Sinners punish themselves. If we all accept that God is perfect and absolutely clean, then we have to accept that no unclean thing can enter into God's presence. This isn't through God's choice since He loves us so much and wants everyone to be with Him. But because He is perfectly clean and cannot look upon sin with even the least degree of allowance, then when we sin, we are separating ourselves from God.

Now, if there is a place for those who have done everything right enough to return to God's presence, and they accept Christ's sacrifice, thus cleansing them from their sins, then that must mean that there is a place where those sinners who do not accept go. That place is Hell. Hell, though, is not necessarily a physical place. Our spirits can feel no pain, therefore, the Hell that is spoken of in the scriptures is a state of mind. Its worse than a physical pain and is something that we put upon ourselves. The scriptures only speak of a place of fire and brimstone, because it was the only symbol they could use to describe such a terrible state of mind. The scriptures are packed with symbols and each time, they say that Hell is "like" a place of fire and brimstone.

No Satan is not in Hell. He is here on Earth among us and tempting us so that we can be just as miserable as he is. He knows where he is going and he also knows that he will never receive a physical body like unto our own. Because of that he is angry and miserable for all eternity. As the old saying goes, misery loves company, Satan is trying to get everyone to goof up just like he did in the War in Heaven when he rebelled against God and His plan. All the company in the world though, will never make him happy. Just like when a miserable person tries to get others to share in their misery, it never makes that person happy.

God is not partnering with Satan. Satan does not want to go to hell. He is terrified of that day. God is sending him there in the end time. It makes me wonder how it is that Satan doesn't want to go there, but so many people think it is the place to be after this life.

God is the Alpha and Omega, first and last, beginning and end. Without God, there is nothing. Everything in existence can only live and breathe if he wills it. God allows bad things to happen to people so they will cry to him for help, and he will save them. He wants to love us, and he wants us to know him.
God doesn't have any enemies.
That doesn't mean he's in a partnership with Satan.
God defeated Satan when Jesus died on the cross.
The Bible doesn't say much about hell, because that's not where God wants us to go. I think that Satan is damned down there, just like everyone else.

Where did you hear that? Your under a false presumption. Satan will have no power in hell. People need to understand there are not 2 kingdoms in the universe that battle it out. There is the Kingdom of God in heaven and then a place of punishment. Satan does not sit on a throne there. He is a prisoner himself. Hope that helps your understanding.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Satan will not be punishing anyone. Hell is eternal separation from God. Nothing more. That's a comic book view, and not the Bible.
