To go out with someone bc theyre hot or to NOT go out with someone bc u find them unattractive?
Im asking bc Im only goin out wit my gf bc shes hot and everyones says tht she looks like Angelina Jolie. Even though she borders on abusive. She kicks or punches me when i dont call her and she calls me names. but tht doesnt bother me tht much(bc shes hot)

why don't you try finding someone you think is hot but is actually nice, too? They do make those kinds of girls nowadays, don't they?

Both is wrong. You're suppose to like someone and date them for their personality. Looks are important sometimes, but you should never put it first place when you're looking for a gf/bf. It's wrong to go out with someone because they are hot and don't even give someone else a chance because they aren't as hot and pretty even though they have a better personality.

To me they are both equally wrong. If somemone is shallow enough to do that stuff then it shows how stupid they are. Well if that person that is hot has the personaility that you like then there ya go, but if someone is unattractive but has this great personaility it just shows how much that person could missing out on.

thats a tough question but I think it's even worse if you don't go out with someone just because you find them unattractive...
You simply missed out on possibly a beautiful relationship and looks can easily be changed but a person's character is who ther person truly is and that is a bit harder to change in a person
but both are equally shallow and plain mean.

Probably going with someone just because they are hot. There has to be some attraction eventually. Her abuse is probably just her way of flirting.

looks shouldn't be the main factor either way. personality is a big thing and if she is abusive then doesn't sound like she is the one you should be with.

shes gonna be mingin once you add a few years on her. get with someone who actually treats you better. never go on looks. thers so many 'average'' lookin girls out there who will treat u boss.

u should like some1 cause of their personality,not cause there hot. that says ur only dating them 4 the fun, that can turn into a bad habit(trust me i know)

i think the first choice is shallow, and the second is just plain mean. so the later is worse.
im sure it doesnt hurt anyway, guys are usually more muscular.
