"rubio" thats for a guy...el pelo de el es rubio "rubia" thats for a girl.....ella es rubia u can also use rubio for a girl...el pelo de ella es rubio

Usually it's rubio for boys and rubia for girls.
In Mexico you may hear güero(a).
