We have been going out for a cuople of months, making out , holding hands and so on, hoewver he sais he doesnt want anything official just yet-why not?

I have been through the same thing.. the guy got what he wanted then we never went and expected me to always be around, so i quit talking to him.. i am in the process of seeing what happens... good luck to you....

He's just not that into you....
Once you sleep with him, he will leave. If he liked holding hands w/ you then you wouldn't be feeling this "uncertainty".
