On a girl, hip, shoulder, ankle, leg, butt, boobs. I really don't like women with tattooed arms, hands, necks.

Wow i still cant understand why people who don't like tattoos, come on here and answer questions about tattoos when 1.) they don't have one never will and prolly don't do tattoos either
2.) they cant control the fact that someone that wants a tattoo will get 1
maybe they should start using "in my opinion______" instead of you shouldn't get 1 ... makes em sound bitchy ... and as for the question... are you asking where we have 1 where wed get one or where we think would look cool?

What do I like/have? a back piece (that covers most or all) the back. shoulder blade tattoos are nice, I like tattoos on the pubic bone, inner thigh, on the hip. If it was guarenteed that I would never have kids or get fat (I doubt I will) I'd get one on my stomach, ot right around my navel to complement my navel rings, I also like tattoos on the foot.I dont have a lower back tattoo because I think they are to mainstream. and most of mine are custom made. I'm sorry if I saw someone with the same tattoo as me...I'd be pissed...well unles I got the tattoo with someone like my sister or something.

The answer to that is no where. You get it you are stuck with it for life unless you have a lot of money to spend to get rid of. Why not try temporary tattoos first and see if I like it or not before you jump into something you will be sorry for later on.
Another thing you might want to consider; most men look on women with tattoos as being trashy biker chick types.

I don't think there is a "good" spot to put a tattoo....cause I'm sure pretty much every spot hurts. Do you mean "good" as in painless? Or "good" as in you would want to change your mind to a different place-after the fact...?

I got my husband's name under my wedding ring and I got chinese symbols down my leg of love trust and faithfulness (as did hubby)
I think Im getting more on my upper arm, back, thigh, it's hard to tell.
Hubby has 1 on each shoulder and is getting ready to get another one but on his forearm

it all depends on where you want it its ur tattoo and ur body. but go with a fleshy spot if you don't want it to hurt too much. mine is on my hip and on the back of my neck.

I agree with Slave2luv, it's your body, your choice, but you do want to think smart as far as career avenue go's, if you're going to look proffesional in your career it would be advisable that you have it to where you can cover it up.

I got a chineese symbol tatoo on the front on my hip/stomach.
Its on my right, just about where my belt goes .. I love it... also consider ankle or behind shoulder.

Depends on what size you want. Just don't get it somewhere where you will regret much later. I think something small and cute on the ankle would be cute but it is up to you.
