Long history.
Last school year I was friends with a girl I sat next to. We passed notes and made fun of other people. Eventually I told her that I would go out to her if her was taller. She was about 5ft 4 and I was 5ft 11. Which was really mean I know but I didnt want to actually tell her. Now I saw her again and we talked when someone we both knew came up and asked me if I like her. Before I could answer she said, "you are not the one getting asked". The person then left. We talked some more and then we left. I was going to ask her out on Friday, but my family and myself is going on vacation on Friday moring or Friday evening. If Friday evening, should I ask her out? Or should I get her # then wait till after the winter break to ask her out?

Ask her now. Waiting just shows her that you dont like her

on one hand if u ask know she will know a head of time and she might not get a BF during the break but on the other hand she might want to wait that long and find somone else . u never know but u have to make a choice i would do it now though

Why the heck did u tell her u'd date her if she was taller? Some of this stuff sounds kind of immature. But...just ask her out and tell her how you feel. Or ask for her number first. Don't put it off if you don't want to. And see what she says.

and here is some advice... if i were u i would ask a girl out on a weekday, that way she can plan for it... Wednesday is (in my opinion) the best day to ask...
