A year since you broke up or a year long relationship? She obviously remembers you fondly or she wouldn't have contacted you, reply with a question so you can strike up a conversation and see what the deal is!

Maybe she is having second thoughts ,or she just wants to be friends, Why don't you just ask her what she wants and then you'll know, no one here can tell you what she is after.
