- Please note that you can not loose weight before March 11 THIS YEAR. You can do only for NEXT YEAR.
- You can start exercises eregularly [to loose weight]
- According to me, to fit into your swim suit, no need to loose your weight. Just go and buy your new swim suit in which you fit. [I think this is tyhe best option]. Then start swimming regularly. I am sure, before March 11 2007, you will fit in to your old [existing' swim suit.

why not try and check labels for fat content everytime you eat something, and eat things with the lowest fat content you can find? i did this and lost loads of wieght, it may seem boring but its worth it. Make a salad with no dressing and add some boiled brown rice, u can fill up on this and it's really really healthy. Boiled egges are also great. Cut out everything you can live without and live off basic things like veg, salad, fruit, plain brown rice a bit of plain pasta, eggs, some meat, plenty of steamed fresh fish, those sort of things. If you're not sure, check the fat content 1st. See how little grams of fat you can manage with in one day while still eating a healthy diet, I think you'll find it can easily be under 10g even 5g. Drink as much water as u possibly can, just dont over-do it!!! I'd also check with a doctor or dietition 1st before doing anything drastic. Dont forget will-power but it'll b hard at 1st, but it gets easier and soon it'l become a routine.

You want to lose weight in 10 days? I'm being serious with you...My best friend lost 15lbs in 10 days! She weighed in @ 120 and then after this MASTER CLEANSE she weighed in at 105! I'm on the first day of the cleanse. I'm trying to lose weight before Christmas! I'm the type of person who is skeptical about those cleansing diets but after seeing real physical results, I jumped right on it! Search Yahoo "Master Cleanse" Good Luck!

You have to be patient but persistent. Avoid eating junk food;
eat healthy food with lots of fresh fruits and take exercise, DAILY.
