There's always 3 sides to every story. Your side, his side and the truth somewhere in the middle. You don't give us any detail, but, having been 17 once, I'm willing to bet you somehow provoked him. Are you going to tell us you were just walking by minding your own business, passed this person, said good day to him and he hit you in the face? If that's the real truth, you should file assault charges against him. Something tells me this was probably a little come-uppance. When I was 17 I thought I knew EVERYTHING. I look back now and wonder why my *** wasn't kicked daily.
Take a deep breath, start getting over it and leave this guy ALONE. Do not **** with him. Understand?
You'll look back too and wonder the same thing I did. I promise.
HB (a 48 year old guy).

report it to the manager,he will get fired for it but abuse in the work place is serious misconduct,if you want sue him for damages, why not everyone else does, but don't get someone to beat him up in case it then comes back on you and it is then classed as a more serious crime because of the pre motivation behind your actions and you would then find out to be without a job and possibly in jail depending on his injurys.even without sueing is just as satisfying when he loses his job because ok you my have had a sore face for a few days but he's going to feel the pinch a bit more with having no income.

No. Just report him to your boss and the boss will take care of him.
Why did he hit you.....and how come you would know people who would beat up someone on your say-so.

No. Take your time over this one. Revenge can be a wonderful experience, but in this case it should not be anything violent.

If he hit you, file a police report. If you get him beat up, he will file a report against you, and then your life is messed up.
