The best thing to do when you're missing a guy and feel like nothing will ever be the same is to not focus on the situation.

What happened during the break-up makes all the difference. If it was a rough break-up for the both of you, chances are you are both feeling a little down and out. Maybe even a lot down and out.

I would suggest you grab a good supply of your comfort food, a nice chick flick, and a sholder to cry on. Friends are there to help you get through the hard times, ecspecially break-ups. Don't push them away when you need them most and don't be afraid to ask for help.

Hopefully everything works out for you. If you need to talk about anything, feel free to contact me.

U hv probably seen my question asked a few hours ago....here's what I've learned so far: These feelings will pass.

What I'm doin today?? Just crying alot...hard to get myself together for work tomorrow.."bout to do some yoga to clear my mind. I did "pig out " today though :( but i sorta shut myself up in my apt...don't want the world to c me like this.
Hopes you get the answers you need like I did.
Hugs, Shayla
