Some times many tears fall in our life time. A heart can get broken many different ways. Time does help. Spending time with someone else can help. THEN you could do like me and SCREAM i may have a broken heart but atleast all the broken pieces are mine. Enjoy each beautiful thing that you see in your day look at sun rises-sun sets-rainbows-wildflowers-a single flower-gentle rain drops on your face-snow flakes falling -a nice frosty morning(even though it is cold the frost shines like silver. Listen to the voice of the ocean-see the beauty of the mountains-enjoy each river and waterfall-listen and see--sometimes even a thunderstorm can be beautiful if you really feel like crying it can drown out your tears-dream your dreams and don't let anyone destroy them-Everything renews itself in nature even us human beings. Get up every morning and start over and say to yourself-I AM WORTH LOVING!

Maybe you feel guilty for being with him in the first place, that you should've known better somehow. Sometimes there have been red flags that I've overlooked in the beginning and then I feel idiotic for looking over them when things do finally fall apart.
If this is the case, all you can do is to learn the lesson and TRY to do better next time. Progress, not perfection is key. Try not too dwell on it. When I dwell, I sink into depression, which isn't fun.
Good luck.

If the guy dumped you, he wasn't good enough for you anyways! You are suffering because you miss him. A guy broke up with me last year, and yet I still cry over it sometimes. Just remember this saying, everytime you think about it:
"Don't cry because it's over, Smile because it happened."
It worked for me, and it might work for you, too. Also, you might want to consider asking someone else out, to keep your mind off of him. (Just dont use him just as a distraction, thats not good.)
Sometimes, girls look at a guy and say:
"Ooh does he like me? He's not looking at me! What's wrong with me? He likes HER, not me! "
But really, in most cases this what is really going through his mind! "I'm hungry! When's lunch? I wanna play video games. I wonder when that Yu-Gi-Oh card will come out! Ooh, a scab. Let's pick it!"
*LOL* Just thought that would cheer you up!
Good Luck!

Because you're the girl. You knew he wasn't the one for you, but you kept trying, right? That's because women who DO try to hold a relationship, will give it all they have until they have no more to give. The problem is...he left before you had given it everything. Just give it time. You'll start to feel better and when you do...you'll be able to see how much effort you would have wasted if you'd had the time with him.

I'm just wondering...when someone breaks up with you, do you feel enthusiastic, ebullient, or like you need to celebrate in some cheery manner?
Come on, getting snapped like a twig doesn't feel good. If he broke up with you, you're the one who's hurt and you're suffering because of that emotional pain. It's natural, and it will pass. Just let it go....

You feel sad because a broken heart needs time to heal . just as any other part of the body. You will get over it. You will be fine. I know because I have dealt with a broken heart. Not easy but you will survive. *-* I did. now, I'm better because of it.

This is the hard truth about relationships..your heart will get a few scars before you find your one and only. Move on, he's not worth it if he broke your heart like that. Yes, you may never totally get over him, but you are never going to get him back so grieve and move on.

Its going to hurt, because of the fact you cared for him so much and the fact that he did hurt you makes you sad. Dont worry about it, it will eventually fade away. Just keep yourself busy for the time being and then you will realize that you arent even thinking about him any longer. It will be okay, keep your head up.
