Actually, I'm jealous that I can't get 100,000 people to make me a millionaire because they believe the promises that I'll never have to keep. I'd pay the taxes, you know. I really would.

Why would they be jealous of holding on to income to use as they deem charitable (tax deductions for donations to charitable organizations).
Your question implies the believers only "offer" in order to get the tax-free status.

it's more like, you can use circular reasoning as an excuse or proof for everything, and get away with it.
We have to do everything short of give a urine sample and DNA test to prove our ideals.....
