I hav this rash and i dont really know what it is. my mom don't know. (i'm 11)My moms boyfriend says its a heat ash. If thats true then tell me all the things that can cause a heat rash

if it is on your upper legs or underside of your arms hes probly right. its cause by rubbing to much (running, playing)use some baby butt cream it eases the itch and pain. dont scratch it.or put baby pwder on the area even after it cures to prevent it . it lets your body rub without heating up the area.

If it is hot and your skin rubs together. Or if you are overweight and your skin rubs when you move you can get it. Usually in the summer people get heat rashes.
