Your best bet is a gift card. Let her decide what a good gift is. 20 bucks can go a long way to a bookstore (i.e. Barnes & Noble, Borders, Hastings) or maybe for clothing. How does she dress? If preppy, try American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, or Aeropostale. Skater? Try PacSun or Fast Forward. Goth or punk? Definitely Hot Topic or Blackfly. Or hey, there's always Walmart. well it depends on how much you want to spend but i think a gift certificate is a good option then she can buy what she likes
