Traveling by car to another ASEAN country?

If you live in a ASEAN country like Singapore, is it possible to drive your own car to another ASEAN country like Vietnam?

Yes, I think so. You can drive to any countries in Asean but you may have to check with each country's specific regulations.

Singapore to Vietnam??? No way....too far...
The most possible is to Malaysia.
Why would you travel by car anyway? cheap flight is all over the place, fast and cheap...value air (one of singapore cheap airlines).

Yes, I think so.Except for the Philippine Islands..
