she said she was depressed and mixed up after her sex with him i love her very much and know what to do. id like to keep her. i asked if she was going to have sex with him again she said probably not. i think she told me about it because she felt very guilty.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't scream, "I'm so sorry, I'll never do it again, because I love you and you're the only one for me! It was a mistake!" You may love her...but she's already proven herself unfaithful, and that response was pretty questionable too. I don't doubt she's a great girl, but she doesn't seem like a very loyal woman.
If you want to, give it another shot, but if I were you...she'd be HISTORY!

I have been in this situation before.Part of it,i think,is thats she's feeling guilty.I also think that she told you because she loves you and doesnt want you to find out some other way and get hurt.Give her another chance.You may be suprised.

"Probably not" doesn't sound very reassuring.
Talk to her about it. Discuss your feelings with her on the subject. Set guidlines that you expect each other to follow so as to not hurt the other.

I'd say she just felt sorry for you. if it was guilt that she felt then i don't think probably not would have been her answer.
