The Skin Success works, but it really depends on what you consider fast. I've been using all of the Palmer's Cocoa Butter products for years and they truly work. But it's over time. The Cocoa butter has faded most of the dark spots on my legs but it's been over years.

palmers cocoa butter works best, but if you take a vitamin E tablet (the oil filled tablets), snip it with scissors, and rub the oil into your mark or scar, that works wonders, better all round.

Have you tried using pure coconut oil or Vit E oil as a night treatment for scars? I find it's quite good.

Hi, I has surgery on my chest many years ago and the scars were very red. I used bio oil and it really worked! It wont reduce the volume of a scar but it gets rid of the redness and definitely makes it look much better. I have some stretch marks on my waist which I only recently developed so I'm planning to see how well it works on those! Oh and buy it from the health shops as it's much cheaper than Boots!

From what I have been told, nothing fully removes the scars, just makes them less visable, and sometimes does not do that!!
