I love going to those smoothies places and having the frozen berries and all the healthy booster shots. Anyone know of some really good mixes that I could try and make at home?

This is my basic smoothie recipe. Substitute the frozen fruit, juice, and yogurt flavors until you find a combination you like.

1 banana (even better if it's frozen)
1 single serving container of vanilla yogurt
1/2 to 1 cup of orange juice
about 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

Blend and serve.

Some suggestions for substitutions: frozen peaches, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, flavored yogurt (strawberry, blackberry, peach, etc), white grape juice, pineapple juice, juice blends like cranberry orange, cranberry grape, orange mango, or even fruit punch.
