Everyone says Jesus was black, but in the bible it says he was bronze. So I think he was of a deep tan or just tan colored.
What do you think?

Jesus was middle eastern, so if you look at people from the middle east they're tan colored.

I don't really care what color he was, I just want to hear some opinions.

I'll still believe in Jesus, whatever color he was.

His description shows he was of African descent. Black is a vague term.

I can't recall the Bible describing Jesus' appearance in any way, but then again, I might have forgotten what I should have remembered.
In any case, since Jesus' step-parents were from Southern Galilee, I would suspect he would look like today's Palestinians or Lebanese.

He was indeed a middle-eastern Jew, so bronze sounds about right , but really- even if he were black or white or yellow it wouldnt matter to me, it was his teachings that were important. Not the color he was :)

Watch the news and see the people in Palestine. That is the region that Jesus was born and would probably have the same characteristics as those that would be descendants of that particular geographical region.

It would probably say in the bible if he was a black man but it doesn't. It does say however, that he was a Jew and there is no reason to believe he was any different looking than any other Jew.

Presuming Jesus was a Jew and of middle-eastern extraction, I would presume he was more dark-skinned than a European. Whether he was black would be a matter of degree, I suppose. Does it matter? :-)

He was Jewish. Look at a modern Israeli to see what Jews look like. His appearance was very average.
