Go to mickey d's and order everything on the menue. Pull the fat off bacon and eat it plain, watch tv ALL DAY long (avoid moving as much as possible).

dude, u are crazy.

there is no healthy way to get fat very fast. it is not healthy to be fat. period. if u want to get to a healthier weight, then u should talk to ur doctor because every has a different body and there are different methods to getting to an ideal weight. don't just stuff ur face.

why first off,just by you some "true mass"by bsn,drink it 3x a day,eat fast food,and no excerise,get you ***** ****,and get after it.
