I love to use mayo for poultry (eggs,turkey chicken salads) Its really good with a veggie burger, and its excellent on Fish sticks instead of tartar sauce. I hate the taste of tartar sauce, yeck!

It depends, I like the new spicy mayos that you can dip your fries in. On sandwiches I usually prefer a spicy mustard instead.

One of my favorite snacks since I was a kid. Toast with mayo and lettuce on it. That's it. It is really really good.
