death is usually a good omen in dreams. it means leaving something needless behind in order to move on.

It's just a dream. Pregnant hormones have a tendency to do that. I have been dreaming that I am smoking and drinking. Do I actually do that? No Way! Does it freak me out and seem very realistic? Heck yes! Is is going to happen? Absolutely not! Get yourself a dream journal. You are probably going to have some of the most vivid dreams you have ever had during your pregnancy. You'll look back and laugh at a lot of them.

Depending what you see in the dream. It could be from your guilt conscience if death and spirits came to haunt you. If they came to greet you or doing nothing else but joyful moment. That could mean you are seeking for some appreciation from them.
Since you said you have helped 3 spirits. Whether it is true spirits or not, it symbolizes your need to be respected. Dreaming them could vent out your need subconsciously

I think when you dream about a death it could be representing an ending to a certain aspect of your life such as a job, moving out of your parents house etc. It signifies the start of something new about to happen in your life.
