I don't think so. He seems more to be acting perverted and harassing you. Be careful of him instead of falling for him.

when is keeps looking at you and smiling that is when you know somebody is flirting when you.if he doesnt laugh when he is doing the kissing stuff then he is being true

first off thats not french kissing and secondly yes he probably does because guys dont normally talk to girls they dont like

if you like him back tell him, these are signs if he like u, a guy might be kidding when he mouth "i love u" but when a guy usese his tongue like that he might like u most likely unless he's a freak.
