You don't have to buy her a gift to tell her you like her. If a guy did that, I would end up not liking him... it's being too nice. Just ask her out. If the two of you are casually dating once X-mas comes, get her a small present. She will prob do the same. Best of Luck!

I think a gift wouldn't hurt, Just make sure its not too expensive, because if she turns you down. that would completely suck. when you give her the gift, tell her how you feel.. Find out how she feels and work it out from there

I think you should buy hooked on phonics for you to learn how to spell... and then write her a nice card telling her how much you like her... Good luck with that
