boss that I just moved to a new city and he has taken me out a lot of times, and we have spent a lot of time together. We have alot in common and I have even met his friends and his parents. We are of different races too, ( I'm black, he's white), but I don't care, I think he's beautiful. He even told me once that his mother thinks that I'm really pretty and that his parents will greatly except me. Even when we are with his friends, I swear I have caught him staring at me too. The problem is, now he has been acting really distant towards me. He never really called alot before because we always saw each other, but now we don't even do that anymore. And I never told him that I had a crush on him, but I flirted, and acted like I liked him, so I don't think I was ever blowing him off. And with all the stuff that we did together, I would think that he liked me too. But now I think that maybe he was only being nice to me because I am new here. What do I do now? I miss him

I feel like if he really liked me, he would ask me out. But he hasn't even done that. I'm afraid to tell him, because what if he rejects me, and is it too soon? I miss him as a friend too, because he's like one of the only ones I have out here, and I really liked spending time with him. Is he into me, or not? I will give more details if needed. Please help!

It is posible that your boss set him up with you and he is no longer interested.

But don't dispare, you had a good time together and never had any fights or domestic disputes.

If he is distant let him be.There are other fish in the sea.
It could be he is having personal problems and will come around
again.

In the mean time look around and be friendly and personable with other guys. It's a free country

You need a DTR (Defining The Relationship) Conversation.

If you guys are good friends and have had enough time to get to know each other as friends, it is time to lay your cards out. When you're just hanging out and having fun it's hard to tell what the other person is thinking. Just be real with him and straight up about it. DTR essentially asks "where are we going?"

Talk to him and ask him what he thinks of you and how he sees your relationship. If you value him, then you have to be ready to go both ways... to be more than friends or to be okay just beings friends. If he's not a jerk and he values you as a friend, you will both come out of it... as closer friends or something more.

I think it is time you express your feelings clearly to him. Flirting is great, but sometimes straight talk helps.

Ask him out, and share your feelings for him. If it works out, good, If not, well.. his loss.
