Although the cereal is a better choice than the fried foods, even so-called "Healthy" cereals are not that great. You are better off sticking to fresh fruit, eggs and toast, or toast and yogurt. So many cereals have sugar added to them and are so high in carbs that they are not good for you, and it will not keep you as full as long as eating something with protein

The stealing has got to go but the raisin bran is certainly a healthy choice.

Definitely. Steering clear of fried foods is always a good idea. You also need some bulk in your diet. Now, about the stealing...that is definitely a no-no. Can't you buy your food? If not, get in touch with the university administration and/or counselling so they can help you out or at least give you some options.

Your body really is better off with 2 scoops of raisins in every package of Kellogg's Raisin Bran.

Now I have that stupid song in my head.

Thanks alot.
