It was during the time of Exodus as Moses led the Israelites out of their bondage in Egypt to the the promise Land in Canaan.
This is recorded in the book of Exodus chapters 7 to 11.

But it will be repeated again at the end of time when the Spiritual Israel will be living this world to the Heavenly Canaan. This is recorded in the last book of the Bible called Revelation. Revelation means an opening or unveling of the curtain or covering, showing what is really happening which many people cannot see.
Revelation 16:1-21.

In the experience of the Israelites, there were ten plagues, while in the experience of the Spirital Israel there will be only seven plagues, but much more devastating. The final one will be hail falling from the sky each weighing a talent, which is approximately 37 - 50 kg. Imagine what will happen if the seventh plague is poured.

People can hide comfortably in the bunkers underground and escaped the devastation made by the smart bombs. But a rain of ice blocks weighing over 30 kg each, will turn everyone hiding in the underground bunkers into lolly pops or frozen carcasses.

So if you are wise, find out how to escape the seven last plagues, by studying the book of Revelation especially chapters 13 and 14.

Thatis in Leviticus I believe; and it's where God sent Moses to free the Isrealites from the bondage of slavery Egypt had over them. But Pharoh did not want to let them go; thus Pharoh caused plauges to come upon the land of Egypt.
