good grief! why are people so obsessed with calories? just exercise for at least 20 min. every day, eat nutritious foods that don't have refined sugars, and drink lots of water. all calories are not created equal so it's pointless to keep track of them... 500 Calories from a piece of cake is not the same as 500 calories from eating several apples.

i have no idea but i would say it depends on what kind of dancing. the more active the dancing, the more calories you would burn.

it depends on how hard you're dancin, but Iwould say about 100-150 cal if not more
