I heard there could be problems with rh factors in blood groups - that there could be problems with the off-springs if the right kind of match is not carried out. Is that true ? If yes, then what are the best combinations of ABO and RH factors for a B-ve blood group ?

Alas, love rarely cooperates with blood type . . .
He will love who he ends up loving and they will just have to adjust their lives accordingly.
YOU picking his wife is weird ! especially based on blood type ? So, if her blood type was right but she was an embezzler or arsonist or whatever, it would be OK ?

It really doesn't matter what blood type each partner has. Marriage should be for love, not blood type. Either way...even if the Rh factors between mother and unborn child are off, if CAN be dangerous...but nothing that modern medicine can't handle. Your docotors have treated it before and they will continue treating the same problem. Tests will be done BEFORE the child is born and BEFORE mother's blood and baby's blood have a chance to mix....

Don't worrry.
