1. I find her attractive. (She doesn't have to be a 10, a 6 and up is the beginning of attractive, 5 means there isn't any attractiveness there but she is avg looking, 4-1 are various levels of U-G-L-Y ugly).
2. Her sense of humor and mine are compatible and that we share interests in some of the same things.

3. She has some moral sensiblities and isn't a serial killer or stalker.
