The positives. Do you feel as if you should drop the plans you have and go dish soup at a homeless shelter, or perhaps you feel compelled to purchase gifts for the neighbors who kept you awake for 74% of the preceding year throwing wild parties and swearing to you it would never happen again...Just a rhetorical question.Answer..Enjoy....Believe.

even if I get into negative mode, I try to think of something positive or a good memory to try to keep my spirit is tune with the holiday.

I have always thoroughly enjoyed Christmas back home in England with my family and have given my children the best time and memories they could wish for.This year I am living in Oz and alone.
I know that it will be a difficult time but I am hoping that I will be able to see it as just another day. I am volunteering my time to help feed the homeless on Christmas Day, rather than be negative, I am putting things into perspective....I am not homeless or destitute...there are many, many people who need to be uplifted and helped at this time of year.

Always it's about going home and seeing family and eating lots of yummy food!
